Our systems are located in London UK within Equinix flagship data-centre. With Click4Assistance your data will only ever reside within the UK in full compliance with GDPR and DPA.
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 256bit SHA2 algorithms, passwords and any personally identifiable data including the chat transactions are encrypted at rest using the latest AES256 (Advanced Encryption Standard).

Our BCP is reviewed continually to analyse potential threats, ensure restoration of digital data and test disaster recovery systems.

Full, differential and transaction backups are performed on an hourly basis in encrypted form to Click4Assistance owned servers within Equinix environment.
