UK Live Chat for Web Software Provider Expands Team

UK Live Chat for Web Software Provider Expands Team

With the increased interest in Live Chat for Web Software across the UK, more companies than ever are offering a live chat for web communication channel. This means the Click4Assistance team is still expanding!

At Click4Assistance, only top quality customer service will do. With our high expectations, winning a place on the Click4Assistance team is not easy. We look for people who are the best at what they do, think creatively and are prepared to exceed customers’ requirements. We believe we have found exactly that in Jack Brown.

About Jack

With his outgoing and confident personality, Jack quickly became a valuable addition to the Click4Assistance account management team. Previously working within IT recruitment, Jack has a broad knowledge of all things technical, and is rapidly becoming an expert in the features and benefits of Click4Assistance Live Chat for Web Software. Continuous training will ensure Jack stays up to date with the latest developments in communication delivery and customer service methodology.

Aside from the training, Jack totally ‘gets’ the Click4Assistance philosophy. He naturally understands that we listen to our customers’ needs and going out of our way to ensure we deliver a solution that fits the bill.

When not working, Jack is a team player for Barking Rugby Club and partakes in the active social life that accompanies being involved with a sporting team. A big guy (with a little dog) and a bigger personality, Jack also enjoys a game of snooker in his spare time.

Jack loves a chat, so feel free to give him a call, drop him an email or start a live chat to find out more about how he can help your business improve customer service, reduce resourcing costs and optimise website conversions with live chat for web software.

Please join us in welcoming Jack to the Click4Assistance family, we look forward to working with him for many years to come.
