Click 4 Assistance Welcomes New Senior Developer

Click 4 Assistance Welcomes New Senior Developer

Here at Click 4 Assistance, we’re committed to employing the very best developers and technical support staff in the UK today.

We’re pleased to announce that the newest member of our support division is Lee Hockley, an accomplished computer programmer who has been working in the field for over 22 years.

More About Lee

Lee’s experience varies greatly. Having worked extensively within the Petro-Chemical, Financial and Telecommunications sectors, Lee has turned his hand to a wide range of development projects during his career.

Throughout the last decade he has been working to develop enterprise software solutions with Visual Basic.NET (VB.NET), an object-oriented computer programming language that is implemented on the .NET Framework. During this period he has also acquired industry accredited Microsoft Professional certifications and is a qualified Microsoft Application Developer (MCAD) and Microsoft Professional Developer: Windows (MPCD). Achieving these credentials not only establishes Lee as a trained application developer and demonstrates his aptitude for his work - deciding to expand his skills and knowledge in this way proved to his peers and employers that he is hungry to learn and adopts a healthy attitude towards his own professional development. This is a quality that we look for in all of our staff; our industry is constantly changing and evolving and we were impressed with Lee’s forward-thinking approach.

Lee’s Role at Click 4 Assistance

Lee has joined the team at a time when expansion is at the forefront of everything we do. Lee will be at hand to help us enhance the core architecture of the Click4Assistance Live Chat Software. On a day-to-day basis, he will be assisting our support staff with technical queries whilst offering corporate customers a third level of technical support should the need arise. Lee will also be involved in system operations; he will be assisting us in optimising our databases and internal systems for optimum performance. Using his extensive experience, he will also be heavily involved in capacity planning to help us upgrade our infrastructure as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.

The entire Click 4 Assistance team would like to extend a warm welcome to Lee and hope he enjoys his time with the company!
