Click4Assistance Welcomes Tom Bavington as Marketing Manager

Click4Assistance Welcomes Tom Bavington as Marketing Manager

The success of 2013 saw Lee and Gemma join our development and administrative teams respectively to help Click4Assistance continue to enhance our live chat solution and deliver UK-based support. To capitalise on our improved back-office and strengthen C4A’s digital marketing arm, we are pleased to welcome Tom Bavington as our new Marketing Manager.

More About Tom

Tom’s background as a freelance content writer and Digital Marketing Manager for a European technology recruitment agency has prepared him well for the competitive SaaS live chat industry. Backed up by a degree in English with Creative Writing and an e-author portfolio that includes work for Groupon and The CV Centre, Tom is well versed in the punctual delivery of audience-oriented copy. Besides content, he keeps up-to-date with the latest Google updates and subscribes to a number of authoritative sources for the latest SEO/SEM news.

When he isn’t busy writing or tinkering with HTML5, Tom plays for a local rugby team and is a regular volunteer referee at weekend youth tournaments. He also prepares and runs the activities for Southend Poetry and Prose – a monthly writers club that he founded in September 2012.

Tom’s Role at Click 4 Assistance

Tom combines the creative with the technical to roll out engaging and original content for our website and social/professional media platforms. This includes taking ownership of the CMS, conducting surveys, preparing testimonials and data mining to produce internal white papers and other client-facing documentation.

He also works closely with the rest of the team to measure the effectiveness of PPC campaigns and executes a number of white hat SEO processes, including on and off-site optimisation, backlink building and online brand management. As a company that prides itself in digital communication, it will be Tom’s responsibility to market C4A as the definitive Live Chat Solution to converse, monitor and engage with online customers.
